We are seeking a skilled Systems Test Engineer to test cutting-edge real-time embedded systems.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and performance of software for hardware systems.
This highly hardware-focused position involves testing software for real-time embedded systems, identifying errors, debugging, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
You will contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions for Airborne Mission Systems, Tactical Mission Systems, and ground-based Synthetic Training Systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate across disciplines to develop software through the full lifecycle, adhering to engineering best practices.
* Translate software requirements into actionable test objectives.
* Design, develop, and debug test scenarios and scripts.
* Set up and configure test rigs for manual and automated testing.
* Track and manage defects while investigating issues found in testing or in the field.
* Deliver robust documentation, including test reports and user guides.
* Provide estimates for testing efforts and contribute to project progress metrics.
Requirements
* Proven experience with manual and automated testing methods.
* Expertise in real-time embedded systems and hardware-focused software testing.
* Proficiency in low-level code analysis, debugging, and error correction.
* Familiarity with UML designs and interpreting them effectively.
* Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Sprints, Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
