We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator, based just outside of Horsham, to work on a hybrid basis for an award-winning, innovative team.
You will be passionate about giving excellent customer service, striving to solve problems, with an interest in all things IT / gaming.
Day to day duties will include:
1. Helping customers get the most out of their software and guiding them through any queries they may have.
2. Providing high-level customer support via telephone and email.
3. Onboarding new customers onto the software.
4. Analysing customer needs and helping to plan the product's future.
5. Collaborating with other departments in the company where necessary.
6. Contributing directly to user guide and support articles.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with a desire to provide customers solutions.
