ServiceNow Trainer – 9-Month Contract
* West Midlands | Hybrid | June, July and September high level of onsite working required

Our client is embarking on a large-scale transformation programme, implementing ServiceNow (Xanadu). To support this, they require an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to design, deliver, and facilitate training for approximately 125 staff members with varying levels of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for the ServiceNow platform, tailored to diverse user groups.
* Create and maintain training materials, including documentation, presentations, and video tutorials.
* Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer for end-users and administrators.
* Work closely with stakeholders to assess training needs and customise training accordingly.
* Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features to ensure training remains relevant and impactful.
* Monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust training strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Trainer or extensive hands-on experience with the platform.
* Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM).
* Excellent communication skills—capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
* Ability to engage, motivate learners, and tailor training approaches to suit different skill levels.
* SC clearance eligibility.
