Project Support & Operations Analyst - Closing Date: Friday 31st January 2025 Scope of the Role & Department: Central Operations are integral to ensuring the smooth flow of communication and workload planning to our Stores. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Central Operations team. Key Responsibilities: Project Management of key initiatives working cross functionally to ensure right first-time delivery Customer Insights – management of the Tru Rating CX Programme. Part of Trading Operations team supporting delivery of all commercial and customer initiatives. D ashboard – management of the stores BBSC Support the business with monitoring and tracking store performance on non-financial KPIs (Due Diligence, Training, Store Visits, People Metrics) Support with regional briefing sessions per occasion – key accountability is to hold the activity planning.
