Role and Responsibilities: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality support for students. Assist in planning and delivering tailored learning activities for individuals and groups. Support children with a range of needs, including those with SEND. Encourage and develop positive relationships with students to foster their learning and well-being. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers. Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment. Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will: Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Have experience supporting children in a school setting. Demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to supporting children’s learning.
