Responsibilities
* Work closely with the board to develop, implement, and drive the company's new market entry strategy
* Engage in selling and penetrating critical markets across Europe, especially Aerospace
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
* Proven track record in selling, penetrating, and winning business in critical European markets, ideally in Aerospace Tier 1 and OEM markets
* Knowledge of metals and metal components relevant to these markets
* Desire and experience in strategic new market entry business development
* Excellent skills in new business development, key account management, pipeline management, and closing
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and emotional intelligence
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels
* Able to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within corporate networks
