Applications for this role will be considered from Qualified Solicitors with any level of experience in this field. Ideally, they will have a background in advocacy work and be happy work within a team and support other colleagues. Duties will include: Good understanding and knowledge of Children and Family Law Acts and family court procedure Strong advocacy skills to represent clients effectively and professionally in legal matters. Efficient management of a diverse caseload Preparation of legal documentation and court applications with precision and attention to detail Active participation in networking activities to contribute to the firm's marketing efforts and foster business growth Diligent adherence to all governance and compliance targets and requirements Ability to managing time effectively, and consistently meeting deadlines Person specification : Excellent communication and strong interpersonal and client care skills Interest in becoming Children Panel accredited/re-accredited. Knowledge of legal aid guidelines and application procedures Ability to meet targets and work under pressure. Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
