The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our office in Northampton. As our Quantity Surveyor you will report to the Housing Director and work on specific developments in the local area. The main duties will include procurement, subcontract management inclusive of administration of the contract, monthly valuations, variation accounts, monthly payments, and final account settlement. Support the delivery of the business vision, goals, and strategy.
Requirements
At least 5 Years’ experience in quantity surveying. Demonstrable strong account management and commercial experience.
Should ideally have worked at a similar level within a Construction or Residential organisation

5. Regular reporting of accurate cost value reconciliations and forecasting.

9. Develop and foster collaborative working relationships with Client, Client Representatives, Supply Chain and internal Teams.
