They are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager who can help deliver a 30-week refurbishment and fit-out student accommodation project. Your duties will be the general day to day tasks, making sure the trades are working safely, the site is on time and to budget with a project manager back of house to support you if needed. This genuinely is a fantastic opportunity to join dynamic company Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. Implement and monitor health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Regularly review progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, particularly in refurbishment and fit-out projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
