In Whickham, we are seeking a female employee to join our team.
Supporting three mature women with different requirements is the role’s responsibility; each woman has a distinct personality, enjoys meeting new people, and has a fantastic sense of humour. We are seeking an individual with a lively, gregarious attitude.
The women enjoy going out to eat, watching films, playing bingo, going to church, and spending time with their families.
Sleepovers are included in the variable shift (£62.64).

Responsibilities
* Give clients personal care and support, including help with everyday tasks like clothing, grooming, and bathing.
* Provide customers with emotional support and company to enhance their mental health.
* Help with transfers and mobility, which may include heavy lifting if necessary.
* Give clients their medications as directed and keep an eye out for any changes in their conduct or health.
* Keep thorough notes of your clients’ progress and notify the appropriate medical staff of any issues.
* When needed, carry out light cleaning tasks to keep the client area tidy and secure.
* Involve your customers in social activities that encourage communication and mental exercise.
Ability
* It is very desirable to have shown experience in patient care or a similar profession.
* It helps to understand senior care concepts and home care procedures.
* It is advantageous to have knowledge of hospice care procedures and dementia care strategies.
* The capacity to lift big objects securely and efficiently while helping customers.
* Excellent communication skills with a tolerant and sympathetic attitude towards dealing with clients.
* To protect clients in an emergency, it is best to have a basic understanding of first aid.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to keep paperwork clear and communicate with other experts.

Eligibility for Sponsorship
UK Skilled Worker Visa method: In order to be sponsored under this method, applicants must fulfil the eligibility conditions. Sponsorship is not guaranteed and can only be asked for when the probationary term has been successfully completed, ensuring that the organisation is suitable.
Experience Required
Experience in Healthcare or Social Care: To properly carry out the responsibilities of a Support Worker, a minimum of two years of relevant experience in healthcare or social care settings is needed.
Requirements
Relevant Qualification: It’s necessary to have a qualification like the NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care, or a recognised equivalent.
English Language Proficiency:
Home Office Requirements: Candidates seeking skilled worker visas must fulfil the Home Office’s requirements for English language competency.
Real Opening

Crucial Details
