As CellPath, part of the US-based StatLab group of companies, continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Regional Product Manager to join us here in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving product success across the UK, EU and international markets. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per month on-site at our manufacturing facility in Newtown, Wales.
Job Purpose & Objectives:
* Key member of the UK Marketing & Sales team.
* Engaging with key stakeholders across the global business to drive product success.
* Execution of successful go-to-market strategies and product launches.
Job Responsibilities and Primary Tasks:
* Lead the creation and execution of local product go-to-market strategies, including planning timelines, product set-up, launch scenarios, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
* Oversee all aspects of assigned product lines, including SKU management, competitive intelligence, sales team training, and collaboration on sales collateral, advertising, and other initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.
* Collaborate closely with Global Product Managers and key stakeholders across the StatLab group of companies to ensure cross-functional alignment and drive product success.
* Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours, identifying product modifications or additional resources to remove usage barriers and enhance the customer experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market research that uncovers opportunities for growth and increased market penetration of existing products, with a focus on competitive analysis.
* Continuously monitor the competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies aimed at capturing market share.
* Play an integral role in optimising pricing, margins and creating forecasts to meet UK and International market demand.
* Collaborate with sales, operations, applications and service teams to effectively support customer adoption and drive customer satisfaction post-launch.
* Effectively manage product lifecycle, including coordinating pathology equipment software and firmware releases to field application team.
* Gather insights from the UK and International sales teams to refine and optimize marketing collateral and educational materials, including customer visits with Territory Sales Managers to engage directly with customers.
* Advocate for the local agenda within the Global Product Management network, ensuring that local priorities are effectively represented at the global level to facilitate the achievement of local objectives while aligning with wider organisational goals.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar or transferable role.
* Degree qualification.
* Experience of developing and executing a product launch.
* Experience in product management.
* Experience being able to understand technical and scientific information simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Skills and Behaviours:
* Substantial financial skills, market analysis and advanced communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills.
* Must be able to influence in a fast-moving environment and motivate individuals from sales, marketing, and other functional areas to drive projects and product sales.
