Purpose of the Job The Technical Asset Planner's main tasks are to ensure the data for the required assets is correct and to ensure Maintenance and Reactive works are planned in advance with no conflicts within set timescales. Main duties Technical Asset Planner: Creating, maintaining and reviewing a program of work Ensuring that activities are completed on time Ensuring All tasks have the required change notifications and approvals planned Supporting in producing progress reports and forecasts Breaking large jobs down into phases of development Supporting in calculation of resources needed for an activity Meeting with contractors and suppliers Demonstrating and sharing knowledge of installations Maintaining a good structure of service protocols, inspections protocols and drawings Oversee day-to-day operation Identifying constraints and risks Identifying technical reviews and audits as well as their timing Overlook on how the AP from Support mail are handled by Operator Responsible for CMMS system Managing PPM Managing Corrective Tickets Responsible for Quantum system have an overall look on CERM pages and highlight any coming issues or due dates, everything that needs to be followed up, keep the system functional, specific to Incidents - have a technical review about content Overlook on asset management 5/10 year asset plan Critical Spare parts - overall Drive and participate in decisions and performance of the work on site How the work needs to be planned, resources that are needed, procedures to follow Participate in the development of work procedures and processes Participate in the organization of the team. Attend and conduct training of technical staff Follow up the set budget targets with Contract Support and Data Centre Critical Facility Manager Determine and identify labor and skill required to perform the work or bring in if external support is needed Support in the creation and data collection for various reports Monthly reports figures needed for Customer Month report Monthly hours Contract Review figures Responsible for follow up and reporting of the stipulated processes Contribute to the load management file and reporting together with TL Continuously improve the delivery by receiving feedback from technicians, managers, engineers and internal and external customers Drive and contribute to increased efficiency internally and externally Other Duties: Support CBRE staff to reach a common goal The Technician Planner shall also participate in and/or carry out other customary tasks within the framework of the team and the employment.
