What you will be doing
1. Providing administration support to the People team.
2. Ensuring colleague’s records are kept up to date in line with GDPR.
3. Processing contract changes, leavers/starters, absence management, parental leave.
4. Letters and contracts.
5. Producing reports.
6. Responding to enquiries in line with policies and procedures.
What you will need
1. Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
2. Good time management and ability to prioritise.
3. Experience in using Microsoft Office IT systems.
