We are currently looking for a passionate, keen and enthusiastic sales assistant to join our small sales team here at Johnsons Leisure Ltd, Alver Valley Garden Centre, Barrington Close, Howe Road, Gosport PO13 8NZ.
The role is about generating sales but is definitely not a hard sell - you will work towards realistic sales targets and generate new business through a self-motivated approach.
Key Skills:
1. Sales experience is preferred but not essential - full product and sales training is given.
2. Self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering the best customer service while achieving their set goals.
3. Ability to work within a small team to achieve sales targets.
4. Excellent time management.
5. A good understanding of Microsoft Office.

The Package:
* Salary is £27,100 plus uncapped commission.
* Hours: Full Time to include weekends (£12 per hour, average 43.5 hours per week based on 5-day/6-day working week).
