Job Description: Instron Dynamic Division manufactures dynamic and fatigue testing systems to customers in high cost of failure markets. The Dynamic Systems business unit manufactures servohydraulic and electrodynamic testing equipment for fatigue-related applications. Job description: - Be accountable for the performance and results of the Dynamic Systems business unit - Promote growth by providing strategic sales direction worldwide with a focus on key geographic markets. - Lead and implement Front to Back strategic priorities and actions, to drive organic growth. - Oversee execution of Customer-Backed Innovation projects across for all key areas. - Continue to improveservice value proposition to ensure Instron delivers best-in-class customer experience as well as best-in-class products. - Drive continuous process improvements to ensure key products meet ITW customer-facing performance metrics. - Actively engage with other divisional leaders and cross-functionally; providing insights, analytical evaluation of the business, contributing ideas to drive improvement throughout the business.? - Champion the ITW Business Model and use company business processes and tools and sound judgment to analyse processes, and identify and act on areas to reduce risk, complexity, and/or cost savings.
