Area Sales Manager - London & the South East
This is a field sales/specification role representing a leading manufacturer.
You will target M&E contractors, Regional Developers, and to a lesser extent M&E consultants, identifying, tracking, and following projects through to completion (delivering CPD presentations, dealing with Estimators, Technical Managers, and Project Managers).
Working within the specification team, you will work on projects of all sizes.
This organization has pedigree and is heavily specified, so the incoming Area Sales Manager will benefit from a strong brand, pipeline, and solid relationships that can be developed.

The Candidate for the Area Sales Manager - HVAC
* HVAC/plumbing heating/electrical/lighting sales experience with M&E/developer route to market experience.
* You must have sold into M&E contractors/Developers.
The Package on offer for the Area Sales Manager
* £50K - £60K DOE
* £80K OTE
* Hybrid company car
* Enhanced pension
* Holiday 25 days that increases with length of service
