The Responsibilities Ordering of food and drink for the restaurant Carry out stocktakes on the Farm Shop and the Restaurant Maintaining accurate stock inventory levels Entering information in the ERP system including new lines, promotions and stock adjustments Processing delivery notes and entering them onto the system Developing and executing pricing, promotional and inventory strategies to optimise margins This list, although comprehensive, is not limited.
