Job Title: Corporate Services Receptionist
Location: Leeds Centre
Temporary (1 month) with the potential to become permanent
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About Us: We are a prestigious law firm based in Leeds, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Corporate Services Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
* Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
* Handle meeting room requests
* Order catering for events
* Handle mail and deliveries efficiently.
* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred - ideally in professional services or legal
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A valid DBS check is required.
