This position plays a crucial part in reducing operating costs through reduced expenditure on utilities, leveraging sound engineering skills and principles to existing and new infrastructure, data analysis, and strategy implementation for energy, cost, and carbon reduction.
The post holder will identify energy reduction opportunities, apply for funding, manage projects, maintain databases, ensure compliance with ISO50001, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
You will support energy data preparation and provide expert advice, focusing on project delivery and collaboration within the team and wider departments.

Strong communication skills are essential for success in highly collaborative environments relying on extensive stakeholder engagement. Demonstrable expertise in building services design, large complex databases, and ability to interpret and translate information for reports and presentations are required.
