Role Overview As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our relationships with key clients across the United Kingdom. Your focus will be on building long-term partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer success by providing tailored IT management solutions. This is a remote role, requiring frequent travel within the UK to meet clients, understand their IT challenges, and present ManageEngine as the go-to solution. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients, aligning our solutions with their business objectives. Develop strategic account plans, monitor client satisfaction, and ensure long-term customer retention. Act as a dedicated point of contact for client queries and escalations, delivering exceptional service. Sales & Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling ManageEngine products. Conduct on-site client visits to understand their IT needs and challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions tailored to client requirements. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to identify growth opportunities. Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipelines in Zoho CRM. Prepare and present regular performance reports, including sales forecasts and key account updates. Requirements Experience & Skills: Proven sales experience, preferably in IT management or SaaS solutions. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while traveling extensively within the UK. Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
