Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
The Client
Our client is the world's largest HVAC manufacturer and fastest growing brand of HVAC products in the UK. To support further growth, they are looking to expand their team in key areas of their business. They are seeking an Office Manager to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident, extremely organised, and enjoys a busy and varied role.
As an Office Manager, your duties will include:
1. Managing and responding to incoming emails, telephone calls, and customer enquiries.
2. General administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operation of the office.
3. Ensuring the office facilities are managed and maintained to agreed standards.
4. Overseeing the daily operations of the office.
5. Managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
6. Supporting with 1st line HR, new hires, and onboarding.
7. Liaising with building management.
8. Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
As an Office Manager, you will have the following skills:
1. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Excellent organisational skills.
3. Ability to multitask.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
