If you are driven, motivated, and ready to contribute to a thriving team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Day-to-day of the role: Quotations & Orders: Prepare quotes for new and existing customers and process orders efficiently. Data Management: Keep warranty logs up to date, update the internal Sales Board, and input key information into the CRM system. Customer Support: Provide telephone support on stock availability, pricing, and product enquiries. Documentation & Organisation: Process and file customer documents to ensure smooth record-keeping. Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external colleagues to support new and existing clients and orders. Project Tracking: Monitor ongoing projects and keep key stakeholders informed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Ability to build rapport with demanding and fast-moving decision-makers. Resilient under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Driven and motivated with a keen interest in influencing earning potential. Confident communicator, engaging and persuasive, especially over the phone. Highly organised with strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Team player who works well with others and contributes to overall success.
