Senior Support Worker
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our Service in Old Colwyn, Conwy.

What you’ll be doing:
10. The position is within Queens Court (Oak Unit) a residential assessment & rehabilitation unit for 26 individuals aged 18 and over and have a Mental Health diagnosis.
11. Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
12. Working alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
13. Be part of an on-call system
14. participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
15. Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
Who you are
16. Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
17. Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
18. Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
19. Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
