Campsite Assistant - Wasdale Summary We're looking for a Campsite Assistant. Day to day, you will support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors. Hours: (37.5) per week - Your working days are likely to be 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm and 12pm to 8pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Contract: Fixed term until 31st October 2025 Salary: 11.64 per hour - We’re currently undertaking our pay review process and it is likely that this salary will be increased from 1st April 2025. Interview dates: week commencing 10th March Internally you'll be known as 'Outdoors Holidays Operation Assistant' For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. What you'll be doing In addition to practical tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service, processing online bookings and some Food and Beverage & Retail service from the Campsite shop. A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites and in return, there is an opportunity to propose, assist or lead on Outdoor activity initiatives provided by the National Trust and Partners.
