Your New Opportunity
The role of Senior Partner Manager is all about working as a part of the Network and Infrastructure Security team and to build and nurture strategic relationships with a select portfolio of up to 50 mid-market partners
We'll expect you to: Drive partner growth through detailed account planning, joint business strategies and expansion into new markets or service lines, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, acting as a primary advisor while resolving challenges to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Leveraging data driven insights to evaluate partner performance, identify growth opportunities and refine strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.
Equip partners with necessary training, resources and certifications to enhance their capabilities and drive sales effectively.
Align partner activities with internal teams, support marketing campaigns and drive cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue and strategic targets.
Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the DCC Group Code of Conduct
