£162.31 - £251.71 Per day
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students.
2. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
5. Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and educational best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A recognised teaching qualification in English.
2. Valid DBS check.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
5. Prior experience in teaching English, preferably in a secondary school setting.
6. Strong understanding of the English curriculum.
7. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
8. Effective classroom management skills.
9. Postgraduate qualification in Education.
10. Experience working with students with special educational needs.
Working Environment:
Work primarily in a classroom setting. Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis. Potential for some extracurricular activities and parent meetings outside of regular hours.
