Role Overview – Technical Lead:
* Based in Cambridge with office presence required twice a month.
* Role breakdown: 70% management, 30% coding and team collaboration.
* Managing a small team of 5-15 developers
* Shape the technical direction of the team and the business as needed.
* Mentor Lead Developers and facilitate their growth and team interactions.
Technical Requirements:
* Salary: £80,000 - £90,000
* Essential Skills: C#, .NET Core, React, JavaScript, Kubernetes, SQL, Cloud.
* Desirable Skills: Typescript, Golang, Java, DevOps.
* Experience: Proven track record of leading a team, ideally of 5-15 people.
