As Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for key supervision of multi-sites based within a cluster location of one another.
Working with a market leading brand, the Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in bridging the gap in the supervision of onsite staff, day to day running of the sites, and reporting back to senior management.
If you are experienced in ensuring SHEQ standards, monitoring staff and operating performance levels, mechanical machinery maintenance and budget/costs management then this could be the role for you.
What the role involves;
1. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, health, environmental, sustainability and quality standards are maintained to requirements.
2. To manage performance and the development of your team.
3. To optimise all operational costs and effectively manage the budgets.
4. To control and manage plant repair and maintenance.
5. To ensure compliance with legislation, maintain plant administration and plant service schedules are managed and maintained.
6. Communicate all plant defects, transport issues and personnel issues to line management.
What the role requires;
1. People management skills are essential, along with well-developed communication, planning and organisational skills.
2. Previous proven supervisory experience across multi-sites.
3. To demonstrate awareness of Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability issues and a sound knowledge of Operational procedures.
4. Knowledge of mechanical equipment.
