Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
Support project management by assisting in planning and execution tasks.
Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify process improvements and assist in implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in a business support or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
