Internal Communications Manager / London / Up to £60,000 basic salary / Permanent\nMy client, a globally recognised charitable organisation looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to engage with the organisations staff to push the companies mission, culture and strategy.\n \nRole and Responsibilities:\n\nCreate content and campaigns to reach out to staff members\nWork closely with the external communications team to ensure messages align\nEnsure the quality of posts on the company intranet\nBuild relationships with staff members via meetings and town halls\nCreate and implement internal communication strategies \nExperience and Expertise:\n\nPrevious experience in an internal communications manager position\nExperience working with a non-for-profit organisation\nExperience driving a company’s mission and strategy\nGreat written skills\nConfident working with a wider internal communications team\nExcellent organisation skills \nPackage:\n\nExcellent working facilities\n15% pension scheme of which 10% can go towards your basic salary\nHybrid working – 3 days per week on site\nOn site gym\nFree lunch\nHybrid working\nOther Great benefits \nInternal Communications Manager / London / Up to £60,000 basic salary / Permanent
