Salary: £37,068 - £38,058
Location: Enfield, London
The Community Spaces Team are looking for a full time Community Spaces Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will need to be flexible in terms of when they work as the role involves occasional weekend and evening work. Access to a vehicle or a bicycle is essential as moving between buildings efficiently is a vital aspect of this role.
The role itself is a mix of computer work and numerous site visits to meet customers for viewings, allow access for contractors, conducting safety inspections etc. The computer work will consist of making bookings, invoicing and replying to email enquiries and voicemails.
Knowledge of Enfield would be an advantage.

All necessary training will be given.
