Looking to recruit a Maintenance Scheduler to join a well established Building Contractor on a permanent basis based in Farlington Responsibilities: Liaising with clients, sub-contractors to schedule appointments for operatives Communicate effectively with client and customers to ensure great service is provided Handling general inquiries and administration tasks Schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs and discuss repairs Requirements: You’ll ideally have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
