The Role: Due to growth, the team is seeking an ambitious Associate Solicitor to take on a wide variety of commercial disputes. You’ll work closely with a team of junior solicitors in the Ipswich office while contributing to the wider team’s growth and development.
This role offers the flexibility to be based in Ipswich, Norwich, or Chelmsford, with weekly travel to Ipswich (travel expenses covered).
Your Responsibilities:
* Running and managing a broad caseload of commercial disputes, including restrictive covenants and shareholder disputes.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Assisting senior team members with complex cases.
* Engaging in business development activities such as writing articles and attending networking events.
* Utilising document management, CRM, and time recording systems effectively.
The Ideal Candidate: You’ll have a strong academic background and significant experience advising on complex commercial disputes. The successful candidate will also bring:
