We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development and Improvement Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team. In this role, you will support the Programme and Partnership Manager with key administrative and project management tasks, playing a crucial part in the continuous improvement and innovation of our services.
Your main duties will include managing business administration processes and coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also organise meetings, workshops and handle project documentation.

The Support Officer will assist the Programme and Partnership Manager with administrative and project management tasks. This role involves aiding the Improvement and Innovation team as part of the Mental Health Improvement Programme.
The officer is expected to work independently, discerning the needs of team members and facilitating their work to ensure peak performance.
Serve as a central point of contact, overseeing the communication flow regarding commissioner communications and managing various complex portals that are used for advertising and handling commercial opportunities.
1. Manage the administration function of the programme.
2. Manage the business administration processes to the wider systems required, but within the context of the business development function.
3. Ensure that all documentation for projects is kept up to date with version control.
4. Ensure that project plans and timetables are maintained and updated.
5. Additionally, the officer will undertake the roles of project manager and bid writer when necessary.
6. The role includes managing and coordinating secretarial and administrative support for the community team, developing and overseeing the local performance framework to guarantee prompt and precise data collection and reporting.
7. Furthermore, the officer will assist Operational Leads and Service Managers with the regular management of staff-related matters, including sickness, annual leave, training, and performance appraisals.
