The role:
• Oversee a People Strategy.
• Develop and implement a forward-thinking L&D strategy, ensuring continuous learning and career progression.
• Cultivate a people-first culture, enhancing engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Lead initiatives around diversity, inclusion, and employer branding.
• Operational guidance and support for managing ER matters.
Experience:
• Proven experience in HR leadership, L&D strategy, and people development.
• Strong track record in building learning cultures and driving employee growth.
• Expertise in organisational design, talent strategy, and cultural transformation.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, multi-site environment.
• Experience in hospitality, retail or Leisure is desirable.
