How you'll make a difference We are currently looking to recruit a Site Reliability Engineering Lead for Core Banking who is passionate about leading operational excellence across our core banking cloud platforms at enterprise scale. Your expertise will help build and shape a new team and where you can apply your Observability, alerting and Azure API integration knowledge, coaching a new team to ensure a stable reliable core banking service. You will be responsible for developing self-healing capabilities, managing incidents and resolving complex issues, ensuring our platforms have the right level of service and support whilst looking for opportunities to automate processes. We are looking for someone with a technical background with Azure and DevOps and keen to apply their knowledge in a run environment. What you'll bring to the role: Expertise in observability monitoring with tools such as Dynatrace, Logic Monitor, App Insights etc. A technical background in Azure (ideally integration services) and DevOps. Team leading/people management experience desirable or an interest to lead a team. Experience in executing technical changes and providing support in public cloud environments.
