Location: Doncaster Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £80,000 DOE Key Responsibilities: Lead the veterinary team and oversee the clinical operations of the practice. Provide high-quality care for a wide variety of animals. Perform complex surgeries, diagnostics, and treatments. Offer guidance and support to junior veterinary staff. Ensure the practice adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Build relationships with clients to provide compassionate care and advice. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need: A registered veterinary surgeon with a passion for leadership and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. Excellent communication skills to manage and inspire the veterinary team. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a veterinary surgeon. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment. A desire to contribute to the ongoing development and success of the practice.
