About the Role:

Location: Doncaster
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £80,000 DOE*
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the veterinary team and oversee the clinical operations of the practice.
* Provide high-quality care for a wide variety of animals.
* Perform complex surgeries, diagnostics, and treatments.
* Offer guidance and support to junior veterinary staff.
* Ensure the practice adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Build relationships with clients to provide compassionate care and advice.
* Contribute to the growth and success of the practice through leadership and strategic planning.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A registered veterinary surgeon with a passion for leadership and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
* Excellent communication skills to manage and inspire the veterinary team.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a veterinary surgeon.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
* A desire to contribute to the ongoing development and success of the practice.
