This position adopts a hybrid work model, requiring your presence Monday to Friday for 36.25 hours per week. During the training period, you will be based in our Leicester office the entire week. However, once the training is successfully completed, the role will transition to a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for a flexible combination of office and remote work. About the role: In this role you will be responsible for assessing new accident damage reports (ADRs) raised by our Operations teams. Once in receipt of a claim you will validate the initial assessment and investigate the claim to ensure 100% accuracy and clear communication with our customers and third parties. You may need to contact our rental stations, customers, third parties, third party insurers, investigation agents and external suppliers to obtain additional documentation and information. You will be responsible for sourcing the documentation to be included in the claim pack including the Light Damage Matrix, repair documents, rental documents and images as required. Once liability has been established and the vehicle damage assessment is complete, you will be required to invoice the responsible party for all valid heads of claim, always ensuring the claims pack is clear and accurate. Main duties: Conduct an accurate claims assessment Liaise with internal and external parties, to include rental stations, customers, third parties and third party insurance companies Request supporting evidence from our supplier to confirm version of even Ensure that the claim is set up with the third party insurer to allow for a smooth invoicing process Communicate with our internal engineering team to gather supporting documents and relevant information to ensure the correct damage costs can be reclaimed To confidently and correctly handle damage claims Maintain and proactively manage a caseload ensuring claims are resolved within set time frames. To achieve set monthly billing targets Liaise with our security department and rental stations on potential breach of terms and condition cases or large loss incidents working with our Solicitors where appropriate Assess the potential risks of key fraud indicators which may be triggered and make informed decisions on the suitable action required Provide support, advice and assistance to operations with regards to insurance issues. Comply with the company's data protection, quality procedures and working instructions Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Claims Management team.
