We are really excited to be supporting our Liverpool based client to recruit for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Manager to further enhance their established Payroll and People teams. This role involves managing a team of 5 payrollers processing a volume payroll. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, with a background in managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment and leading key projects.

Responsibilities:
* Managing a team of 5 professional Payrollers
* Dealing with escalated queries
* Responsibility for reporting and controls and compliance checks
* Managing team performance within an environment of continuous improvement
