We are looking for a full time, permanent Sales Order Processor / Sales Administrator to join the team based in Crayford, Kent. A modern office environment with a friendly and supportive team Full training will be given and ongoing support provided Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays A Company Pension Scheme Discretionary Christmas Bonus On-Site parking Key Responsibilities of the Order Processor: Dealing with and responding to customer emails and telephone calls Processing a high volume of customer orders and sending order acknowledgments and confirmations within an ERP system using Microsoft Navision Generating relevant picking and packing documentation for orders and liaising with customers regarding their order status and stock availability Processing invoices of all sales transactions Arranging with transport companies for booking collections and transport of UK and Export Shipments Liaising with transport companies in preparation for commercial invoices, shipping forms and documents for export shipments Experience and skills required Strong verbal, telephone and written communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload Good customer service skills, adaptable and helpful customer first focus and experience Proven experience in an order processing environment with strong skills on ERP systems, MS Excel, MS Word and ability to learn new software quickly Detailed oriented and ability to follow processes and procedures accurately If you have the skills and experience required to become our Order Processor, then please click ' apply ' now We would love to hear from you.
