CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT
To be successful in this busy, client-facing role, you will need to bring:
* genuine ‘hands-on’ experience of residential conveyancing procedures and processes gained in a fast-moving, professional team environment (required)
* CLC / CILEx qualification or ongoing study (useful, not essential)
* ability to work as part of a small, dedicated team
* good organisational / administration and IT skills, using MS Office applications
* well-developed communication skills, since the role will involve significant contact with clients, both face to face and on the telephone
* ability to work both independently and under supervision
* reliability and efficiency, with a results-oriented desire to see a ‘job well done’
* enthusiasm, self-motivation and confidence
We have a fully developed conveyancing case management system, so any previous experience of using similar systems would be a distinct advantage.
