Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons in Business and Economics
* Assess and evaluate students' progress to provide constructive feedback
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a cohesive curriculum
* Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Business, Economics or related field
* Experience teaching Business and Economics at the secondary level
Education:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience:
* Previous experience teaching Business and Economics at the secondary level
* Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong subject knowledge in Business and Economics
* Ability to engage and inspire students
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Understanding of the UK national curriculum
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
