An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the maintenance and engineering team. If successful in this role You will have overall responsibility for the day to day upkeep and maintenance of groups assets – including buildings, grounds and machinery and vehicles. This will include a planned, preventative, and emergency system for all properties ensuring safe, profitable, and well-maintained grounds for the business. Salary: up to £30,000.00 depending on experience Duties & Responsibilities You will have overall responsibility for all group assets – including buildings, grounds and all vehicles. Duties & Responsibilities: refurbishment, renovations, ongoing improvement projects Ensure proactive building maintenance and management to maintain all buildings in superb condition Company vehicles upkeep and day to day running. Electrical system management and compliance across the Estate – liaising with contractors as required Ensure the grounds are managed and presented in an appropriate way ensuring exceptional brand experience Adhere to standard operating procedures and risk assessments, with a view towards eradicating preventable incidents. Helping ensure all facilities meets relevant health and safety standards, including routine servicing of all relevant items Ensure all operations are completed with regards to health and safety requirements Managing cleaning, waste disposal, catering, parking and security Experience Maintenance and or handyman experience Happy to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks.
