We are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
The practice based in Becontree serves approximately 22,000 patients, with good transport links just a 5 min walk from the underground station, bus stops outside the practice, and parking available onsite. Our Child and Family site is located next to Barking Town Hall, offering good transport links.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with our practices, including screening, assessment and treatment.

Role Requirements
* Current NMC Registration
* Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
* Commitment to patient care
* To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers
* To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost effective primary care
* To participate in and provide clinical supervision as required
* To participate in research within the practice, as appropriate
