Description and Requirements
As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across several retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and many more! By joining the team, you'll become an integral part of an established and fast-growing company built on family values. Growing sales for Premium clients is the name of the game, and you’ll do it by executing a variety of retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?
1. Locate merchandise in the backroom (stockroom / warehouse) of stores to place products on the floor.
2. Stock and pack out products to help ensure shoppers find what they need.
3. Front face products to maintain appealing product shelves.
4. Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
5. Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions.
6. Set up and maintain displays for a variety of products throughout the store.
7. Reset displays or product areas based on client needs.
8. Answer simple questions within Premium’s field technology on your mobile device.
9. Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
10. Represent Premium and clients in retail stores within your assigned area.

2. Own your stores as the face of Premium.
3. Effectively communicate with store associates, managers, and Premium team members.
4. Leverage support and share best practices with the merchandising team nationwide.
5. Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for assistance with challenges.
6. Complete work within the provided timeframe.
7. Follow detailed instructions closely.
8. Report your work the same day you complete it.
What tools do you need for the job?
1. Access to reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
2. A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
