Social Worker Grade 8 RAST
We require experienced Social Workers to join our new Review and Support team. If you are passionate about making a positive and lasting difference for the people of Hull, we would like to hear from you!
The aim of the team is to provide support to those who need it most whilst enabling people to remain as independent as possible. The team will undertake annual statutory reviews, unplanned reviews, and work in partnership with the allied Adult Social Work Teams covering the city of Hull.
You will provide high-quality social work practice, ensuring individuals have a solution-focused plan towards achieving their goals and maintaining their wellbeing. You will work creatively with individuals, local communities, and our partners, empowering them to deliver the best possible outcomes for people and to create a positive Adult Social Care culture.
As a valued member of the team, you will have access to peer support, 1:1 time, supervision, and ongoing training & development opportunities, and to work with our partners across Social Care, Health, Housing, and Voluntary Services.
