The Invoicing Administrator will assist the Purchase Order & Invoicing Assistant to ensure that all invoices are recorded and processed accurately and completely onto UKEF systems in the most efficient manner; within agreed time frames and that queries are resolved in a timely manner. The focus of this role will be to process invoices for prompt payment of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) invoices. In addition, the Invoicing Administrator will be responsible for the day to day processing of all UKEF's invoices on time and the processing of purchase orders. Main Activities Below are the main activities the post holder will be responsible for. This list is not exhaustive; you may be required to carry out additional duties according to business need Timely processing of all invoices in line with the guidelines outlined by finance and procurement, ensuring that SME invoices are processed promptly To carry out UKEF purchase order processing - raise and issue Purchase Orders Organise and maintain records and documents using the appropriate UKEF process / system. Deal with queries from the wider business Send reminders to Good Receivers to review and approve invoices assigned to them thorough the workflow. Assist the Purchase Ledger team with queries and invoice processing when required. To provide cover in the absence of fellow Invoicing Administrator. Maintain effective working relationship with colleagues, other government departments and external financial institutions.
