Job Description: At Voyagerr, we are experiencing exciting developments both on the product side and the customer side. We have developed a range of web and smartphone applications with more on the way – and it is here that we need you to help implement our new web and smartphone app-based product portfolio and manage implementation processes with our customers. As a Implementation Specialist at Voyagerr, you will play a crucial and central role in our implementation and delivery projects. Daily tasks will include: Participating in ongoing implementation processes (implementation, configuration, and training of end-users). Managing selected consultancy tasks in implementation processes – such as performing tests and quality assurance of delivered solutions in collaboration with our customers. Managing the Implementation of all projects in UK/France - Knowing when to delegate tasks will also be a requirement Handling client support cases and queries for both our legacy applications and our next-generation applications. As a Implementation Specialist, you will have a high degree of freedom with responsibility, where you largely control the daily task solution. You will have broad contact with the rest of the organisation in an informal culture characterised by engagement and professionalism. There will be good development opportunities for the right candidate. About You: We prefer that you have an educational background in IT – the nature of your education is not the most important to us, as we value experience and the willingness and desire to learn new things more. Experience with similar tasks is a great advantage. Any additional spoken languages other than English will be an advantage but not a necessity for the role. You must be able to conduct yourself professionally in English. It is a plus if you can communicate in French, German, Swedish and Norwegian, as you will work closely with colleagues and customers in France, German, Norway and Sweden. It is not a requirement to have experience with demand-responsive public transport, but it is important that you have the desire and ability to understand the business domain. As a person, you are good at communicating and a team player who understands that your part of the work is significant for the business's operation and cohesion. You work independently and structured, and you take pride in delivering good quality on time.
