Front of House Supervisor
We have an opportunity for an Experienced FOH Supervisor to join our well-established, popular restaurant in Yarmouth.
We pride ourselves on being Yarmouth’s one and only hot stone steakhouse and seafood grill, with an ethos of trying to use as much local produce and supporting local suppliers as we can.
We are looking for someone who has a real passion for hospitality who directs and motivates staff to ensure that our guests are having a wonderful time. This will involve supporting the GM and Kitchen Manager to run the day-to-day of all in-house operations and supervise the team to ensure that all company standards are upheld. Training given for company procedures and Hot rock training given.

Must haves:
1. Previous experience working in a busy hospitality setting in a supervisor capacity.
2. Experience of managing a team.
3. A love of fresh locally produced ingredients.
4. A great sense of humour and enthusiasm about delivering consistent customer service.
5. Excellent organisational skills and a positive and proactive attitude.
6. Ability to train, develop and motivate your team.
