* Deliver tailored and differentiated lessons to students with a range of special educational needs, adapting teaching methods and resources to meet individual requirements.
* Develop and implement comprehensive individual education plans (IEPs), working closely with students, parents, and support staff.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including support staff, therapists, parents, and external agencies, to provide holistic support.
* Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes independence, resilience, and self-esteem.
